Myron’s Fine Foods manufactures and markets authentic Pacific Rim Style cooking sauces and World-Class International Finishing sauces. The sauces’ culinary integrity empowers professional and non-professional cooks to prepare superior foods faster, better and easier. Chef Myron’s Asian-Style sauces are the purest, most flavorful, and honestly authentic version of Japanese culinary classics. Savor the exquisite flavor they impart to vegetables, seafood, meat, and chicken. His International Style Finishing sauces are designed to allow chefs to prepare, coat with sauce, and serve.
They are all Gluten Free products.

Chef Myron Becker prepares all of his sauces using the finest natural ingredients. The one ingredient that does not appear on the back label is “passion.” Chef Myron, who learned his craft while spying for an intelligence agency in Yokohama, Japan, has two goals: the first is to provide outrageously delicious cooking sauces, and the second is to redefine Asian cooking sauces for the American palate.

These delicious sauces are sold to three primary market segments: retail, foodservice, and industrial.
