INGREDIENTS:
Chef Myron’s Magic
20 Gauge Sauce
Fish filets
Sweet red pepper slices
(optional: fresh ginger root slivers)
lemon or lime jui

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a tightly closed zip-lock plastic bag, marinate filets for an hour with just enough Magic 20 Gauge to coat, squeeze out air.
Set oven to broil and preheat to very hot (550° F). Place fish on lightly oiled sheet pan.
Bake until fish just starts to flake, not more than 7 minutes.
Remove and garnish with very thinly sliced sweet red pepper slices, fresh gingerroot slivers, a drizzle of Magic 20 Gauge, and a spritz of lemon or limejuice.
Broil close to heat a moment to barely char top.
