INGREDIENTS:

Chef Myron’s Szechuan 

A quick, delicious appetizer or bar offering. Spicy, but not too. Warning: Will increase beer sales!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Toss 8 wing drummies and mid sections in 1 oz. CHEF MYRON’S SZECHUAN SAUCE sufficient to coat.

“Velvet” by sprinkling with cornstarch until you get a light batter coat.

Deep fry until done.

Toss in a bowl with 2 oz. CHEF MYRON’S SZECHUAN SAUCE to coat.

Plate over bed of shredded lettuce & minced or julienne hot peppers.

Garnish with chopped scallion, cilantro and (optional), a sprinkle of roast sesame seed or slivers of pickled “sushi” ginger.
