INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinate whole Bnls pork loin in CHEF MYRON’S SZECHUAN SAUCE overnight
Dredge loin with corn starch
Pan sear in oil
Roast to internal temp of 145
Slice in 1/4” medallions to plate
Nap with Piquant Apple Chutney
Piquant Apple Chutney
Mince 2 lbs peeled and cored/seeded tart apples and one large Spanish or Vidalia Onion.
Add 2 oz. minced fresh ginger root and
Combine in a sauce pan with
1 C. CHEF MYRON’S SZECHUAN SAUCE and
1/2 C. Honey
Simmer for one hour and add
2 Tbs chopped cilantro prior to serving
