Chef Myron’s
Szechuan Sauce
Large fresh mushrooms:
such as portobello or shiitaki
Minced scallion

INSTRUCTIONS:
Brush large fresh mushrooms with Chef Myron’s Szechuan Sauce
Grill on charcoal or gas grill or under the broiler until the juices start to rise
Slice and serve garnish with minced scallion and small bowls of Szechuan sauce for dipping
